Union United Methodist Church (245 Union Circle, Kline) will host the 14th choir anniversary of The Anointed Voices on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. Other groups are asked to render one musical selection. 
St. John Baptist Church (1660 St. John Road, Barnwell) will celebrate the 9th Appreciation Celebration for Pastor Audrey Lofton on Feb. 25 at 3 p.m.
Men’s Program 
Second Baptist Church of Barnwell will hold its 25th annual men’s program on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. Theme is “Men, Let’s Live Together in Peace”. Speaker is Rev. C. Allen Moses, pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Lees. Contact: (803) 259-7316.  
Family & Friends Day
New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church of Barnwell will celebrate their annual Family & Friends’ Day on Saturday, Feb. 24 beginning with praise and worship at 11 a.m. Guest speaker will be Elder Bobby Dukes of Ned Branch Baptist Church in Barnwell. 
Prayer Breakfast
Second Baptist Church of Barnwell’s men’s ministry will hold its inaugural prayer breakfast on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. Contact: (803) 259-7316.
Black History Program
Macedonia Baptist Church (3572 Dexter Street, Blackville) will have their Black History Program on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. Guest performance by Marshall Smith Sr. of Orangeburg.    
Holy Communion
Runs Missionary Baptist Church, 717 Williston Rd., Beech Island, will have Holy Communion on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 8 a.m. 
Youth Day Service
Runs Missionary Baptist Church, 717 Williston Rd., Beech Island, will have a Youth Day Service on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 8 a.m.
Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Martin will have a youth program on March 4 at 10 a.m. Sermon by Rev. Dr. Cleveland E. Stokes.
Refuel Services
Ned Branch Missionary Baptist Church (187 Ned Branch Avenue, Barnwell) will have three nights of Refuel Services on Feb. 19-21 at 7 p.m. nightly. Speakers are: Rev. McKinley Neal of Shrub Branch Baptist on Monday, Rev. Paul H. Bush of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist on Tuesday, and Bishop Dwight of Bible Way Church in Aiken on Wednesday. 
Holy Land Experience
Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church in Fairfax will take a trip to the Holy Land Experience in Florida May 2-4. The cost is $250/person and include bus ride, boat ride, Painting with a Twist, and Holy Land ticket. Money is due before March 4. Hotel is additional. Contact Renarda Cohen at (803) 942-3166.
Millennial Sunday
Ned Branch Missionary Baptist Church (187 Ned Branch Avenue, Barnwell) will host Millennial Sunday on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m. If you were born in the 1980s or 90s, please come.
Barnwell Lenten Services
The Barnwell County Ministerial Association will host the 2018 Lenten Worship Series in the seven weeks leading up to Easter. 
All services are held on Wednesdays starting at noon with a free lunch followed by a 30-minute service at 12:30 p.m. 
The schedule is as follows:
-Feb. 14 at Barnwell Presbyterian Church
-Feb. 21 at Second Baptist Church
-Feb. 28 at Barnwell First Baptist Church
-March 7 at Barnwell United Methodist Church
-March 14 at Hagood Avenue Baptist Church
-March 21 at Bethlehem Baptist Church
-March 28 at Holy Apostles Church
Fairfax Lenten Services
Lenten services will be as follows at Trinity Lutheran Church (492 Hampton Ave. North, Fairfax) at 7 p.m. nightly: Ash Wednesday, Feb. 14, Wednesdays, Feb. 21, 28, and March 7, 14, and 21. 
Maundy Thursday (March 29) and Good Friday (March 30) services will be at St. Nicholas Lutheran Church (235 St. Nicholas Church Road, Fairfax).
Regular Services
The Bright and Morning Star Pentecostal Holiness Church of Christ (26 Grant Street, Barnwell) has Sunday worship services at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. All are welcome to worship in this life-changing powerful move of God with prayer, worship and word.
