The Culinary Arts Department of Greater Faith Ministries (179 Calhoun St., Barnwell) will have a "Fellowship Dinner" Feb. 13, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Williston Presbyterian Church will hold its second annual Lenten Evening Music and Prayer services, titled "Journeying Together to the Cross," Wednesday, Feb. 13. The Journey continues with "The Middle of the Road" Wednesday, February 27. And Wednesday, March 13, it will be "Approaching the End" of the lent. All of these music and prayer services are at 6:30 p.m.

Runs Missionary Baptist Church youths will be conducting a tribute to our past, present and future Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. We will take a look at how Far God has blessed our people with the theme "From the penthouse to the Pentagon."

The Women's Department of Greater Faith Ministries will be having its annual "Women's Tea" Feb. 16 beginning at 11 a.m.

Thankful Grove Missionary Baptist Church with hold its 25 Pastoral Anniversary for Rev. Freddie L. Bush and first lady Sister Mary Bush Sunday, Feb. 17, at 3 p.m.

New Life House of Love Church will hold its annual black history program Sunday, Feb. 17, at 11 a.m.

Lively Stone Temple Apostolic Church (633 Orange Grove Road, Bamberg) will host a special black history and pre-anniversary program Sunday, Feb. 17, at 5 p.m. Guests will include Minister Rosemary Griffin and Voorhees College Gospel Choir. Praise and Dance teams will also be in attendance. Poet Faith Spells and Historian Richard Reid will have a special tribute.

Greater Sweet Branch Baptist Church will hold the first Pastoral Anniversary for Rev. Benjamin Cave Sunday, Feb. 17, at 2:00 p.m.

Knights of Columbus Council 9161 will hold their annual Fish Fry Friday, Feb. 22, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at St. Andrew Church Hall.

Angel Wings Food Bank will have a "Food Giveaway" Saturday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. until noon. Anyone in the community and surrounding area in need of food is welcome to come.
