Williston Presbyterian Church will hold its second annual Lenten Evening Music and Prayer services, titled "Journeying Together to the Cross," Wednesday, Feb. 13. The Journey continues with "The Middle of the Road" Wednesday, February 27. And Wednesday, March 13, it will be "Approaching the End" of the lent. All of these music and prayer services are at 6:30 p.m.

Young Rosemary Missionary Baptist Church (Williston) will hold its 14th Pastor anniversary for Pastor Phinice Young Sunday, March 3 at 3 p.m. Speaker will be Pastor James Duke of Olive Branch Baptist Church.

Sweetwater Missionary Baptist Church will hold a shoe size rally program Sunday, March 3, at 10 a.m. during Sunday school.

Participants are being sought for a six-week series of workshops called Better Choices, Better Health, which will be held every Tuesday between March 5 and April 9 at 10 a.m. at the Blackville Community Center. Members of churches and organizations are especially being targeted.

Born Again Church will have a Heaven and Hell service Saturday, March 9, at 5 p.m.

Bamberg Church of God (420 Calhoun St., Bamberg) will hold a district Revival Monday, March 4, thru Friday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. each night. There will be a guest speaker each night. All offerings will go toward the debt relief for the church.

St. Peter's Baptist Church (Elko) will have its Choir Anniversary, Sunday, March 10, with services starting at 11 a.m.

Springfield Missionary Baptist Church (Hwy. 278 Barnwell) will have a Family and Friends Day program Sunday, March 10, at 3 p.m.

Sweetwater Missionary Baptist Church will have a pre-Easter program Sunday, March 17, at 10 a.m. during Sunday school.

Silver Spring Missionary Baptist Church (Williston) will have its 24th Pastoral Anniversary for Rev. Freddie L. Bush and First Lady Mary Bush Sunday, March 17, at 4 p.m. Rev. J. B. Moody, pastor of Union Baptist Church in Williston and Doe Baptist Church in Martin, is the guest speaker.

Macedonia Baptist Church will have its 147th church anniversary from March 10 thru 17. There will be a service Sunday March 10 at 6 p.m. and March 11 thru 15 at 7 p.m. nightly. There will be a service Sunday, March 17 at 11 a.m.

St. Peter's Baptist Church (Elko) will have its Ministry Rainbow Tea Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m.

St. Peter's Baptist Church will have a youth revival March 27 and 28 with service at 7 p.m. each night.

Silver Spring Missionary Baptist Church, (Williston) will have the F. L. Bush Choir Anniversary Sunday, April 7, at 3 p.m. The sign-in method will be used. Reverend Freddie L. Bush is pastor.
