Cynthia Denise Hutson and Thomas Allen Poterfield Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. Grover Jerry Hutson of Denmark are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cynthia Denise Hutson to Thomas (Tommy) Allen Poterfield Jr. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Hunt of Manning and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Poterfield of Orangeburg.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wagers of St. George and Mary J. Hutson and the late Grover D. Hutson of Blackville. She is a 2004 graduate of South University in Savannah, Ga. with a bachelor of science in physician assistant. She is employed with Colonial Family Practice in Sumter.
The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Fla. with a bachelor in human resources. He is employed with Verizon Wireless Operations Center in Columbia.
The wedding is planned for April 17 at Holland Avenue Baptist Church in Cayce.
