JDA Student of the Month

Congratulations to Jarrett Davis, the JDA Upper School Academic Student of the Month for October! This award is based on academic achievement and the student should display the following: classroom participation, completed homework assignments, good test grades, an eagerness for learning, growth in subject matter taught, cooperation with the teacher, serves as a good example to other students, and willing to help other students where appropriate.
Jarrett’s teacher, Miss Hylton, said of him, “Jarrett has really buckled down since school started. He has exceeded my expectations by showing a real eagerness to learn. He participates in classroom discussions and recently produced an excellent research project assignment. His classroom behavior is a great example to other students.”
Jarrett is a sophomore student this year and is the grandson of Larry and Kathleen Davis of Denmark.
