YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in the above entitled action, copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve copy of your answer upon the undersigned at their offices, 2712 Middleburg Drive, Suite 200, P.O. Box 2065, Columbia, South Carolina 29202, within thirty (30) days after service hereof upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE that should you fail to Answer the foregoing Summons, the Plaintiff will move for a general Order of Reference of this cause to the Special Referee for Barnwell County, which Order shall, pursuant to Rule 53(e) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically provide that the said Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter a final judgment in this cause.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendants above named for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage given by Joel Wayne Hutto to Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB, dated September 10, 2002, recorded September 12, 2002, in the office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Barnwell County, in Book 557, at Page 198; Thereafter, said Mortgage was assigned to Citibank, N.A., by assignment instrument dated March 28, 2013 and recorded April 8, 2013 in Book 1024 at Page 41 in the ROD Office for Barnwell County. Subsequently, said Mortgage was assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for PROF-2012-S1 Holding Trust I by assignment instrument dated November 7, 2013 and recorded December 9, 2013 in Book 1048 at Page 75 in the ROD Office for Barnwell County.
The description of the premises as contained in said mortgage is as follows:

Together with that "20' Access Road" running from Main Street to the within property as shown on the plat referenced above in Cabinet A, Slide 91 at page 10-B.

This being the same property conveyed to Joel Wayne Hutto and Wendy H. Hutto by Deed of Thomas H. Towne dated June 6, 1985 and recorded June 7, 1985 in Book 17-X at Page 335 in the ROD Office for Barnwell County. Thereafter, Wendy H. Hutto conveyed her undivided one-half interest in the subject property to Joel Wayne Hutto by Deed dated August 28, 1997 and recorded September 3, 1997 in Book 5 at Page 7. Subsequently, Joel Wayne Hutto, died on June 23, 2009, leaving the subject property to his heirs or devisees, namely, Ann H. Hutto, Tyler L.R. H, a minor, and Joel Wayne Hutto, II, as is more fully preserved in the Probate records for Barnwell County, in Case No. 2009-ES-06-00096, by Deed of Distribution dated December 1, 2011 and recorded January 12, 2012 in Book 980 at Page 26 in the ROD Office for Barnwell County. Thereafter, Joel Wayne Hutto, II conveyed his interest in the subject property to Ann H. Hutto and Tyler R. Hutto by Deed dated November 30, 2011 and recorded January 25, 2012 in Book 981 at Page 26 in the ROD Office for Barnwell County. TMS No. 127-07-01-018
