NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Lenwood B. Johnson and Molly A. Johnson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., in the amount of $172,000.00 dated December 18, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Allendale County in Book 148 at Page 38 on January 9, 2004.
The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage as by the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this Notice, described as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on the South side of Seventh Street and known as the residence lots of Annie Willis Tuten and W.R. Tuten, Jr. in the Town of Fairfax, County of Allendale, State of South Carolina. Said lots are shown and delineated on a Plat made for W.R. Tuten, Jr. by John B. McPherson, R.L.S., dated July 22, 1978 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Allendale County, South Carolina in Plat Book 13 at Page 199.
