NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff, Ralph C. Taylor,  by filing a  Summons and Complaint against the Defendants, above named, in which the Plaintiff seeks to Quiet Title pursuant to §15-67-10, et. seq., Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976), as amended, to the property described hereinbelow.  The property which is the subject of this action is more particularly described as follows:    
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land containing 1.29 acres, more or less, situate lying and being shown as Lot No. 4 on plat of Yenome Subdivision prepared by Richard All, RLS and recorded November 25, 1996 in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 226 at Page 3 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County, and according to said plat, being bounded and measuring as follows:  On the North by Lot No. 15, Block F and measuring thereon, 213.77 feet, more or less; on the East by Lot No 3 of said subdivision and measuring 243.11 feet, more or less; on the southeast by 66 county Road (now known as Emily Circle) and measuring thereon 78.01 feet, more or less; on the South by Lot No. 5 of said subdivision and measuring thereon 339.73 feet more or less, and on the West by lands now or formerly of Phillip Buckmon and measuring thereon 128.60 feet, more or less.
