The victim was delivering pizza to a location on Perry Street around 9:45 Jan. 27, according to the police report.

He called by cell phone to let them know he was coming, according to the police report.

The victim knocked on the door of the residence at Perry Street but no one answered, according to the report.

He was heading back to his car when he was approached by Jones and Robinson and robbed at gunpoint of his pizzas with a small semi-automatic handgun one of the suspects held, the report states.

The victim told Jones and Robinson he did not have money or the keys to his car when asked for them, according to the police report.
The suspects then fled on foot toward Hagood Avenue, according to the report.

Responding police officers set up a perimeter and requested the Barnwell County Sheriff's Office dog tracking team to follow the fresh shoe tracks, according to the report.

The dog tracking team tracked the suspects to a residence on Melon Street, according to the report.

After speaking with the Melon Street occupant, police were given permission to go into the house and found Jones and Robinson in the house as well as a handgun, according to the report.

Jones and Robinson were interviewed by police at the sheriff's office and admitted to committing the crime, according to the arrest report.
