There will be a different guest revivalist for each night: Wednesday-Rev. Linda Priester, Thursday-Rev. Sarah Perkins, Friday-Rev. Earnestine B. Meyer. Everyone is cordially invited to attend. Ned Branch Missionary Baptist Church will have its annual "celebration" Sept. 3 - 5 at 7 p.m. nightly. There will be guest speakers each night: Rev. James E. Holiday on Wednesday and Rev. Olen Jessie on Thursday.
Renewed Faith International Ministries will celebrate their 4th church anniversary Sept. 6 thru 8. Join us on this 3-day Church Anniversary celebration which begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, with "Joy Night". On Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Renewed Faith International Ministries will host "CommUNITY Day Out" to promote community collaboration and education improvement. Sunshine Baptist Church will celebrate their 124th Church Anniversary on Sunday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Alexander Wilson III of Batesburg.

The Culinary Arts Department of Greater Faith Ministries (179 Calhoun St., Barnwell) will have a Fellowship Dinner on Sept. 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome for a free meal and fellowship.
Second Baptist Church (181 Church St., Barnwell) will hold a car wash fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 14, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wash Only: $8 for cars, $10 for SUVs, vans and trucks. Wash and detailing: $15 for cars, SUVs, vans and trucks. Fish sandwiches will also be on sale for $2.50. Proceeds benefit the church's men's ministry.
Daughters of the King will celebrate their 18th anniversary is Saturday, Sept. 14, at St. Peter Baptist Church (7110 Bay St., Elko). It's an open door program that starts at 5 p.m. It will feature Ministers Lil Ricky and the Family of Bennettville, Jerry Mack and Joy Gospel of Barnwell, Richard Jamison and Vision of Orangeburg, Angels of Faith of Pageland, Rising Stars of Eastover, Mighty Gospel Saints of Norway, and Bill Smith and Radio Angle of Johnson.

Barnwell First Baptist Church will host Jimmy Needham in a free concert on Sept. 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Merge Student Center. An iPad mini will be given away.

Young Rosemary Missionary Baptist Church will have its 2nd Hallelujah Night Sept. 22 at 3 p.m. The Gospel Originals, of Aiken, will perform along with the church gospel chorus and other groups.
A joint DiscipleNow weekend will be held with the youth groups of Barnwell First Baptist and Hagood Avenue Baptist churches Sept. 27 to 29. The cost is $10.
Angel Wings Food Bank will have a food giveaway on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to noon. Anyone in the community and surrounding area who is in need of food is welcome to come.
Second Baptist Church of Barnwell will host their annual Friends & Family Fun Day on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the church grounds. Come enjoy a day of music, Zumba, mobile arcade, health screenings, BBQ cook-off, comedy show and food. They will celebrate Homecoming services Sunday, Sept. 29, beginning with Sunday school at 9 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m.
The Each One Reach One of Rosemary Baptist Church after-school enrichment program is now enrolling. Students receive assistance with homework. Grades K-6 can sign up. Contact Susan Ingram at 259-9274 Monday thru Friday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. for an appointment. A special service for the program will be held Sept. 29 at 9:45 a.m.
Augusta Jewish Community Center (898 Weinberger Way, Evans, Ga.) will have a concert night Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. at the Grover C. Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre at GRU Augusta.
