Funeral services for Nadine Richardson Bell, 95, of Williston, were held at 11 a.m., Sept. 23, at Elko Baptist Church with the Reverend Tom Baker officiating. Burial followed in the Williston Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family received friends from 3 to 5 p.m., Sept. 22, at Folk Funeral Home in Williston.

Mrs. Bell was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away at her home on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013.
Born in Barnwell County Nadine was the daughter of the late Charlie Otto and Alma Mims Richardson. She was a homemaker and was married to the late Colie Livingston Bell. She was a very active member of Elko Baptist Church where she formerly served as a Sunday school teacher and was a member of the WMU. She was a founding member of the Wise Old Owls that has evolved into the Golden Age Club.
Survivors include a son, Gary Bell of Williston; daughters, June Bell Johnson of Suffolk, Va., Sandra Bell Campbell of De Soto, Texas; sister, Catherine R "Dan" Jowers of Blackville; son-in-law, Marion Martin of Williston; grandchildren, Harold Quincy "Hal" Rutland, Gloria Rutland Guest, Charlton Brett Bell, Sabrina Bell Kniffen, Thomas Palmer Johnson III, Craig Livingston Johnson, Kevin James Campbell, Jamie Campbell Topp, Karen Martin Turner, Bruce Martin; 22 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Glenda Bell Rutland Martin; daughter-in-law, Barbara H. Bell; and a grandchild, Audrey Rutland Webster.
Folk Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
