The Ghents Branch Baptist Church Relay for Life Team is sponsoring an Auction and Perlo Meal on Saturday, March 15, starting at 11 a.m. Cost of each plate is $7. The plates will have Caleb's Perlo, green beans, slaw, rolls and.
Desserts will be available for purchase at our bake sale. You can eat in and enjoy the fellowship and the auction or you may get plates to go. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time from any GBBC Relay Team member, Tara Black at Dr. John Dalton's office, or by calling Caleb and Jimmy Lee Hartzog (245-2282), Tara and Mike Black (793-4325), or Grace Collins (793-3890).
Our auction is filled with many, many, new items donated by local merchants and other relay supporters. Our auction will also have some slightly used items that have been donated.
Some of our new items include: Kitchen items, Grills, coolers, metal collectible signs, ladders, children's ride on metal tractors, toys, electronics, wagon wheel welcome sign, Clemson and Carolina items, whole homemade cakes, and much more! If you have never been to one of our fundraiser auctions, you are in for a treat! You may come early and view the auction items and the bake sale items prior to lunch at 11 a.m. Tickets may be purchased at the door, but we would like to have most of our tickets sold in advance.
The Barnwell-Bamberg Baptist Association's 2014 Unity Revival will be held March 16-20 at 7 p.m. nightly in a different church in both Barnwell and Bamberg counties: Sunday, March 16 with Andy Hunter at Hunters Chapel and Dan Fogle and Double Pond, Monday, March 17 with Troy Peterson at Nueva Esperanza and Rommie Martin at Hilda FBC, Tuesday, March 18 with Tony Hancock at Mount Olivet and Ken Frederick at Trinity, Wednesday, March 19 with Billy Mew at Spring Branch and Tim Edmonds at Rosemary, and Thursday, March 20 with Mark Epperson at Denmark FBC and Gerry Williams at Blackville FBC.
Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church will have its annual fellowship program March 16 at 3 p.m.
New Hope United Methodist Church will have its 100 men in Black and 100 Women in White program March 16 at 3 p.m.
The Silver Spring Missionary Baptist Church (Williston) will have the 25th Pastoral Anniversary for Rev. Freddie L. Bush and First Lady Mary Bush, Sunday, March 16, at 4 p.m. Bishop Michael Staley of Ascending Faith Ministry is guest speaker.
Beulah United Church (10931 Hwy. 78, Williston) will hold a Men of Faith service March 16 at 5 p.m. Elder Randy Joyner: will be the speaker. Colin Barrett is the pastor.
The Rhett Walker Band will be live in concert at the Merge student center at Barnwell First Baptist Church on March 16 at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $5 reserved or $8 at the door. Victory Baptist Church (3361 Hwy. 70 Barnwell) will have its church dedication March 16 at 11 a.m. A revival will be held the same night at 6 p.m. and the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. nightly. Dinner will be served after Sunday morning worship.

Mount Hope Baptist Church (Martin) will host The Gospel Singing Stars for their 6th anniversary April 5 at 4 p.m.
