Residents invited to Williston community action meeting

First Byline:

Last weekend's murder is one reason a community awareness and action forum is being scheduled for Monday in Williston.

The meeting will be held Monday, July 7, at 5:30 p.m. at Williston Town Hall. "This meeting will focus on the identification of the issues, barriers and concerns within our community along with the potential resolutions to address these concerns," stated a press release.

The meeting will include a community participation period during which individuals who have signed in via the sign-in sheet to vocalize their concerns for the community will be allowed to speak. Each person will be limited to 2-3 minutes to allow an opportunity for all who want to speak.
