Jeanette Stanley, 66, of Barnwell, passed away Monday, Dec.17, 2012 in Barnwell.
Jeanette was born in Ridgeland, Nov. 11, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Colet Blease and Geneva Long Stanley. She was a member of the Open Arms ministries of Denmark where she helped in the building of the church. She was a talented Doll maker and gave them out to the people she cared about. She never met a stranger.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Dec.19, at Open Arms Ministries in Denmark with the Rev. Timmy Gunnells officiating. Burial followed in the Sandy Run Baptist Church Cemetery in Hampton. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 18 evening at Mole Funeral Home.
Survivors include one sister, Lynn Rose Stanley of Barnwell, two brothers Willie James (Darlene) Stanley of Allendale, and Blease Murray Stanley of West Farmington, Maine.; nieces, Cindy (Calvin) Still of Williston, Lynnette (Todd) Carroll of Green Pond, Rebecca (Santos) Guerrero of Great Falls, Leigh Stanley of Barnwell, Brandi (Josh) Croft of Barnwell, and Sharon (Eric) Dreistadt of Anderson; nephews, Allen Stanley of Barnwell, Willie Adam (Krissy) Stanley of Allendale, Scottie Stanley of Allendale, Christopher (Heather) Still of Barnwell, Michael (Danielle) Still of West Farmington, ME., Cody (Becca) Still of Williston, Thomas Still, and Taylor Still of Barnwell; great nieces; Brianna Still, Kalyn Still, and Rayelyn Still.
Mole Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
