Beverly Jean Worden Boone, 77, of Aiken, formerly of Williston, passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012.
The family has suggested that donations in memory of Mrs. Boone be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd. Suite 100. West Columbia, S.C. 29169.
No formal services will be held at this time.
Born in Hot Springs, N.M., she was the daughter of the late William James Worden and Cleo Conwell Worden. She was first married to the late Camden Donald Avey. She was a homemaker and was a member of New Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Francis William "Bill" Boone; daughters, Doris Avey (Roger) Kaney of Williston, and Leslie Avey of Windsor; sons, John M. Boone, and William H. (Linda) Boone all of Washington; sister, Shirley Bracamonte of Ariz.; grandchildren, Jeremiah Boone, Amanda Boone, Adam Rooks, Jonathan Rooks, Christine Burke, DeAnne Johnson; great-grandchildren, Noah Johnson and Kaney Belle Johnson.
Folk Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory of Williston was in charge of arrangements.
