Dear Editor,
In one German town, the story was told:
"We heard stories of what was happening to the Jews, but we tried to distance ourselves from it because we felt: what could anyone do to stop it?
"Each Sunday, we would hear the train whistle blowing in the distance, then the wheels coming over the tracks. We became disturbed when we heard the cries from the train as it passed by. We realized that it was carrying Jews like cattle in the cars.
"Weeks after week, the whistle would blow. We dreaded to hear the sounds of those wheels because we knew we would hear the cries of the Jews in route to a death camp. Their screams tormented us.
"We knew the time the train was coming and when we heard the whistle blow, we began to sing hymns. By the time the train came by our church, we were singing at the top of our voices. If we heard the screams, we sang more loudly and soon we heard them no more.
"Years have passed now and no one talks about it now, but I can still hear the train whistle blow in my sleep."

God has been taken out of all public places, our places. Our people kill 1.3 million souls per year. Children tell parents how they will live. The laws are stacked against reasonable correction of our children so they go to our crowded prisons. The state controls the raising, then the correction. We pay for other countries to kill children with our money, the government is an entity, it has no money, it's ours.
I have counted over 46 taxes we all pay now - it's never enough.
Is it well spent? Why do we get treated with no respect in our public service buildings, no pledge of allegiance, for the most part no respect for the flag that millions of our family members fought and died for.
We drop off our kids in violent, drug infested schools that look like prisons. More single mothers raising children alone, more children in jails, more poverty now than when we started our cure.
No respect for law enforcement as they risk their lives and judges and lawyers and influence peddlers set the criminal free before the paperwork is done.
Why are most churches hidden under the pews while all hell is loose around them?
There are 545 people in charge of 300 million people lives housed in Washington, D.C. How do you think they're doing with our business? Congress has allowed us to be $16 trillion in debt while blaming the president - they write the checks.
The president has now become a king who bypasses every law he can. He skirts the law in every way possible without apology. He will answer to none of us, in our face government.
No ten commandments, no prayer, no God, no parenting, no working for a living, no staying on a job, no right or wrong, we all choose for ourselves. No one saying enough of anything to change any of this. Always explaining why we believe what we do is the right way, we as law abiding citizens trying to follow God's instructions always on the defensive. Why?
Haven't had enough yet, I guess. Well, do you like the way it is now?
No one will even recognize us in 25 more years, good luck.
Grandchildren, hear the train? Just keep singing.
