Nina Jonetta Wright, 33, was born in Allendale on Jan. 13, 1980. She was the second of four children and the second daughter born to Diane Wright and the late John L. Wright.
She departed this life on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at St. Andrews Hospital in Greenville.
She joined Bethlehem Baptist Church at the age of 10 where she was baptized. While going to college at Lander College and Webster University she went to Bethlehem in Greenville, Long Branch, and Reedy River Baptist Church in Greenville. Nina was a loving, kind person. She loved to stay on the go. She worked at Doctor's Care in Kids Builders, and City Trends in Barnwell. She always loved working and taking care of her daughter at all times, and helping with her nieces and nephews like they were her own.
Funeral services for Ms. Nina J. Wright were held at 11 a.m., May 10, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Barnwell with Rev. Dr. John H. Ritter officiating. Burial followed at the Hope Memorial Park Cemetery in Barnwell.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Mirah Anderson of Greenville; mother, Diane Wright; sisters, Vasha Wright of Barnwell, and Tiffany (Rendall) Witherspoon of Fountain Inn; brother, Jonathan Wright of Barnwell; grandparents, Daniel (Vertell) Price of Mauldin, and Lula Mae Edwards of Philadelphia, Pa.; aunts, Vanessa Hayes, and Karal Price and uncle Daniel; a friend, Rick Anderson; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and other relatives and friends.
Lebby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
