Tenissa "Diane" Bosier

Tenissa "Diane" Bosier, 48, of Blackville, died Feb. 17, 2009 as a result of injuries sustained from an automobile accident at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia.

Funeral service was held Feb. 23 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Blackville with the Rev. Dr. Herman Wallace officiating. Burial was in the Hope Memorial Park Cemetery, Barnwell. Green's Funeral Home of Blackville was in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Bosier was born June 16, 1960 in Blackville. She was the daughter of Delores Jeter and Leon Batie. She was employed with Baxley's Pawn Shop as a title loan specialist and bails bondsman of a period of 17 years. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Bosier; two daughters, Sherell (Tyrone) Donaldson and Kelsea Hallingquest, both of Blackville; her mother of Blackville; her father and stepmother, Leon (Barbara) Batie of Denmark; five brothers, Timothy L. Jetter, Percell (Patricia) Jeter III, both of Blackville; Dale Jeter of Columbia; Leon Batie Jr. and Christopher Batie of Denmark; two sisters, Josephine (Johnny) Kemp of Barnwell and Shelia Batie of Augusta, Ga.; two adopted daughters, Stacie (Robert) Barrett of Warner Robins, Ga. and Shayna Williams of Blackville; one god sister, Tykesha (Toby) Jenkins of Blackville; two special friends, Queen Byas and Hayward Miller; nine grandchildren and four god-children.
