Margie Black Croft Folk (Barnwell)
Margie Black Croft Folk, 79, of Barnwell, the widow of Alvin Croft and John Folk, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 in Aiken.
Margie was born in Blackville on June 5, 1937 to the late Eddie C. and Mattie Still Black. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and previously worked at Shuron, Milliken, and Denmark Flea Market. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Funeral services were held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rommie Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Barnwell County Memory Gardens. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her son, Keith (Pam) Croft of Barnwell; daughters, Connie (Ronnie) Hutto of Barnwell, Debbie (Tommy) Still of Olar, and Michelle (George) Black of Williston; brothers, Raymond (Delores) Black of Williston, Clinton (Donna) Black, and Kenneth (Dot) Black of Lexington; 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a number of step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Curtis Black; and sisters, Erlis Hutto, Verlene Hutto, and Evelyn Croft.
