Carol Suzanne Maynard Truitt, 74, of Williston, died May 16, 2010.
Funeral service was held today, May 19 at the Folk Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Williston Cemetery. Folk Funeral Home of Williston was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Truitt was born in Terre Haute, Ind. She was the daughter of the late John I. and Vivian Cade Maynard. She was Roman Catholic and attended the Williston Presbyterian Church.  She was married to the late Donald Edward Truitt, Sr. She was predeceased by brothers, Terry Maynard and Richard “Dick” Maynard. 
Survivors include one daughter, Jonna Rae (Larry) Adcox; three sons, Karl F. (Ivy) Truitt, Donald E. (Cathryn) Truitt and Patrick S. (Rebecca) Truitt; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
