Elliott “Cooter-Boo” Miller
Elliott “Cooter – Boo” Miller, 67, of Allendale died Jan. 26, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral Services for Mr. Miller were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Macedonia C.M.E., with the Reverend Michelle Williams officiating. Burial followed in the St. Mark Baptist Church cemetery. Allendale Community Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Cooter – Boo was born in Allendale on April 6, 1944 to the Elliott Mitchell Sr. and the late Mattie Lou Miller.
Elliott leaves to cherish his fond memories: his wife, Pernell Miller of Allendale, S.C.; one daughter, Tyshawna Hoover of Allendale, S.C.; one stepdaughter, Carol (Frank) Smith of Allendale, S.C.; one stepson, Willie Park of Allendale, S.C.; one grandson, Ty’Kell Hoover of Allendale, S.C.; two granddaughters: Ja’Mya Williams and Destiny Eady both of Allendale, S.C.; seven brothers: Robert Lee (Gloria) Miller of Allendale, S.C., Matthew Miller of Pennsylvania, Curtis (Barbara) Addison of Barnwell, S.C., Freddie Brown and Steven Brown both of Springfield, Mass., and Joe (Francina) Priester of Barnwell, S.C. and Cooter Brown of New Jersey; two sisters: Mattie Lou Brown and Shirley Myers both of Martin, S.C.; one special sister: Patricia Hightower of Allendale, S.C.; one special nephew, Larry (Connie) Froster of Dupont, Del.; a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and dear friends.
