Jessie Madeline Beck Frederick, 86, of Williston, died Sept. 17, 2009 at Laurel Bay Health Care facility, Williston.
Funeral service was held Sept. 19 at Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston. Burial was in the Williston Cemetery. Folk Funeral Home of Williston was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Frederick was born in Aiken County. She was the daughter of the late George H. and Nettie Moore Beck. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and the Florence Brown Sunday School. She retired from the Williston School District No. 29. She was predeceased by her husband, Louie Lenwood Frederick; brother and sisters, Legar Beck, Leola B. Widener and Ethel B. Youngblood.
Survivors include one son, Phil (Jean McNair) Frederick; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
