Joel Wayne Hutto, 49, of Hilda, died June 23, 2009 at the Barnwell County Hospital.
Funeral service was held June 25 at the Barnwell Church of Christ with Dr. Terry Gunnells officiating. Burial was in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery at the airport. Mole Funeral Home of Barnwell was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Hutto was born June 10, 1960 in Barnwell County. He was the son of Virginia Morris Hutto and the late Joseph Edward Hutto. He was a maintenance mechanic with Allied Air Enterprises of Blackville. He was predeceased by a brother Philip Hutto.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Hammet Hutto of Hilda; three sons, Joel Wayne Hutto II of Barnwell, Kodie Allen Still of Hilda and Tyler Lance Ridge Hutto of Hilda; his mother of Barnwell; one brother, Kenneth Hutto of Barnwell; two sisters, Patricia Hutto Smith of Hilda and Pamela Hutto Grubbs of Barnwell.
