Josephine Workman, 59, of Barnwell, died Oct. 9, 2009 at the Barnwell County Hospital.
Funeral service was held Oct. 17 at Morris Chapel Baptist Church, Barnwell, with the Rev. Craig Peeples officiating. Burial was in the Hope Memorial Park, Barnwell. Guinyard and Sons Funeral Home of Barnwell was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Workman was the daughter of the late Willie Robinson and Alice Mae Workman Allen.
Survivors include one daughter, Cathy (Gabe) Priester of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; two sons, Roosevelt (Angie) Workman and Kendrick Workman of Barnwell; three brothers, Norris O'Neal (Minnie) Workman of Belgrade, Fla., Earnest E. Workman of Barnwell and Willie James (Amy) Workman.
