Linda Carson Carroll, 66, of Barnwell, died Feb. 20, 2010 in the University Hospital, Augusta Ga.
Funeral service was held Feb. 23 at Friendship Baptist Church with the Revs. John Nixon and Farrell Ray officiating. Burial was in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Carroll was born on Dec. 10, 1943 in Barnwell County. She was the daughter of Lois Renew Carson and the late E. J. Carson II. She was a retired employee of the Savannah River Site and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Carroll; two sons, James (Carol) Carroll and Todd (Lynnette) Carroll; her mother; one brother, E. J. "Noodie Boy" Carson III; four grandchildren.
