Lucille Carroll  Smith

Lucille Carroll Smith of Allendale, died Feb. 20, 2010.  
Graveside service was held Feb. 22 in the Gillette United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Farrell Ray officiating. Mole Funeral Home of Barnwell was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 6, 1925 in Bamberg County. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Ella Fail Carroll. She was the widow of Manuel Smith. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Swallow Savannah United Methodist Church of Allendale. She was predeceased by two sisters, Myrtis C. Tucker and Vera C. Sanders and one brother, James Henry “Buck” Carroll.  
Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Jones (Danny) Saylor of Barnwell and Barbara Jones (David) Lewis of Gilbert; one son, Danny (Cynthia) Jones of Barnwell; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
