Margaret H. Morrow
Margaret H. Morrow, 88, of Abbeville, died Monday, January 30, 2012 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont, in Greenwood. Born Margaret Anne Hoover, she was the only daughter of six children of the late William Roy Hoover Sr. and Mary Flossie Oliver Hoover of Orangeburg, S.C.
She is survived by her eldest son Glenburn M. McGee (Carolina Gilchrist McGee); three granddaughters Chellie McGee Amagliani (Michael), Bluffton, S.C., Ashley McGee (Daniel Renew), Williston, S.C. and Crystal McGee (Markell Kistler), Columbia, S.C.; and 6 great-grandchildren, Cullen Amagliani, Paxton Wall, Tinley Renew, Gavin McGee, Kelsey McGee and Kinsey McGee and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Hospice Care of the Piedmont, 406 W. Alexander Ave., Greenwood, S.C. 29646; Williston United Methodist Church, Springfield Road, Williston, S.C. 29853 or The Alzheimer Association of S.C., 4124 Clemson Blvd, Suite L, Anderson, S.C. 29621.
Services will be private and will be announced at a later date.
