Margie Nell Sanders Smith, 80, of Barnwell, died Dec. 18, 2011 at her home.
Funeral service was held Dec. 20 at Mount Lebanon Christian Church with burial in the church cemetery. Mole Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Smith was born June 6, 1931 in Barnwell County. She was the daughter of the late David and Myrtis Black Sanders. She was a former employee of the Best Pharmacy and a member of Mount Lebanon Christian Church. She was predeceased by a daughter and son in law, Elaine and Letcher Correll, son, Ronnie Zissett, grandchildren, James Michael Zissett and Laci Correll, great grandson, John Christopher Cheek. 
Survivors include three sons, Vernon (Yvonne) Zissett, Jerry (Annette) Zissett and Mike (Teresa) Zissett of Barnwell; one step daughter, Susan Smith of Islandton; one brother, Everette (Libbus) Sanders of Barnwell; two sisters, Jean S. Hair and Vera S. (Jerry) Bodiford of Barnwell; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Full Gospel Mission or to Mount Lebanon Christian Church.
