Mary Lila Hartzog Still
Mary Lila Hartzog "Granny" Still, 93, of Barnwell died Nov. 13, 2009.
Funeral service was held Nov. 16 at Double Pond Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Folk Funeral Home of Williston was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Still was born in Blackville. She was the daughter of the late George and Mary Ellen Hartzog. She was married to the late James Aaron Still. She was a homemaker, helped her husband on their farm and was a member of Double Pond Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mildred Vernice Still Long and a grandson, Kenneth H. Long.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Joye L. (Ronnie) Newsome; great grandchildren, Kelly T. Brailsford, Kenneth J. Long, Ronnie Newsome, Jr., April Newsome and several nieces and nephews.
