Sarah Louise Davenport, 53, of Barnwell, died Dec. 1, 2009 in Orangeburg.
Funeral service was held Dec. 5 at Guinyard Butler Middle School auditorium with burial in the Jones Cemetery-Jones family plot. Guinyard and Sons Funeral Home of Barnwell was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Davenport was the daughter of the late L. C. Brown and Ruth Dixon. She was employed with Barnwell School District No. 45.
Survivors include two daughters, Taneyha Forman of Charleston and Jenice Jones of Barnwell; one son, Demetris Wright of Columbia; a special friend, David Brown of Barnwell and three grandchildren.
