Valarie Carrigg Ferguson
Valarie Carrigg Ferguson, 36, of Aiken, died Oct. 7, 2009.
Memorial service was held Oct. 10 at Redds Branch Baptist Church. Interment was private. George Funeral Home and Cremation Center was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Ferguson was born in Barnwell. She was the daughter of David and Mary Williams Carrigg. She moved to Aiken in 1991. She was a member of Redds Branch Baptist Church, Aiken Jaycees, and the Natchez Indian Tribe.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Ferguson; children, Jasmine Ferguson, Ashley Ferguson, Cristin Ferguson, Thompson Ferguson, Jr., all of Aiken; her parents; four sisters, Elizabeth Hutson, Renae Ingram, Vicky Gleaton and Breanna Carrigg; one brother, Ellis McCoy; father-in-law, Donnie (Dale) Ferguson and mother-in-law, Lynn Lancaster.
