Dear Editor:
On behalf of the city and the Barnwell Development Association, I want to thank all of those who made a contribution to this year’s Christmas events in Barnwell (Tree Lighting, Love Lights, Christmas by Candlelight and Christmas Parade).  
I could not name all of you; you know who you are! 
I do want to extend a special thanks to the following:  B&B Ford, The People-Sentinel, city of Barnwell employees, Williams Electric Company, Gary Brantley, Rovella Phillips, Holly Rimes and Scout Troop 392. It is not possible to pull off everything without the help from the city employees and many volunteers. You are invaluable to me during the planning, preparing and pulling off these events!  THANK YOU! The compliments received are extended to you! 
We hope that everyone enjoyed the events this year.  We are always looking for more assistance, so please let me know if you can help in any way.
