A vacant Williston industrial property will soon have new life.

“We are very excited about our expansion into Barnwell County and the state of South Carolina. We look forward to creating jobs and growing our company in the U.S. I want to personally thank the state and county officials who have helped to make this happen, and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship,” said President of Monmouth Rubber & Plastics Corp. John Bonforte Jr.

Gov. Henry McMaster said the announcement is further proof that South Carolina’s rubber and plastics industry continues to progress and grow. “We’re excited to welcome them to South Carolina and look forward to their success,” said McMaster.
