BARNWELL - Bonnie Joyner Folk, 77, passed away on September 5th, 2024. She was born in Olar, S.C. on July 4th, 1947 to the late Jessie and Lila Gunnells Joyner.
She was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, sister, and grandmother. She lived her life for her children. She loved music, especially listening to gospel and Elvis Presley.
She is survived by her children Julie Baxley, Donna Driggers, and Eric Folk; grandchildren Matthew Baxley, Macy Baxley, Rick Williams, Austin Driggers, and Dakota Driggers; siblings Harvey Joyner (Janet), Gail Joyner, George Joyner (Terri), Christine English (Richard), Carrie Sanders (Oscar), Thomas Joyner (Cindy), and Shirley Love (Cecil); four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Folk; and sister, Mary Russell.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 8th, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Mole Funeral Home, with funeral services following in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m., with Rev. Farrell Ray officiating. Graveside will be held in the Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Olar, S.C. Pallbearers will be Ryan Love, Royal Love, Mark English, Matthew Baxley, Rick Williams, Austin Driggers, and Dakota Driggers.
