Dear Community,
Once again it is time for our membership drive for the Barnwell County Museum.
As we close the year of 2024, we would like to thank each and every one of those who contributed to our membership drive.
Sadly, the year 2024 was not as eventful as previous years. Contributions were at an all time low and we lost two months of rentals due to a complete renovation of our event room floor. Also, due to our event coordinator helping with the sudden illness and death of her sister, many events were cancelled.
As 2025 is now here, we are striving to help showcase the museum more by events, newspaper coverage, and placing new metal signs at all entrances into Barnwell. We are also looking at trying to replace our age-old refrigerator in the event room kitchen.
