BLACKVILLE - Funeral services for Duylee Still, 96, of Blackville, S.C. will be held at 2 o’clock p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025 at Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, S.C. with the Reverends Coles Capps, Stephen Gunnells and June Still officiating; burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the funeral home. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be his grandsons.

Duylee passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at home. 

Born in Blackville, S.C., he was a son of the late Theodore Still and Gertrude Comey Williams Still and was married to Florence Richardson Still and was previously married to the late Evedell Still. He was a member of Blackville Church of God where he was a deacon. He served in the U.S. National Guard. Duylee worked for E&I Dupont, later he owned and operated Still’s Produce having sold vegetables and fruit for many years. He loved to grow all types of vegetables in his garden, which was the best around. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing.

Survivors include his loving wife Florence of the home; daughters, Rose Miller of Hilda, Mandy Still (George Wannamaker) of Blackville; stepdaughter, Debbie Collins of Barnwell; sisters, Mary Ann (Ricky) Williams of Windsor, Jackie (Clyde) Moody of Stevenson, AL; brothers, Donald Still of Swansea, A.V. (Janice) Still of Summerville, Phillip Still of Springfield; 22 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Kathy Still of Barnwell.

He was predeceased in death by his first wife, Evedell Still; daughters, Cathy Still and Tammy Still; sons, Hubert Still, Tommy Still, Billy Still, Timothy Joseph Still Jr.; a stepson, Ricky Collins; brothers, Bennett Allen Still, Roy Still, Richard Still, Albert Still and Mike Still; sisters, Alma  Hutto, Myrtle Dyches, Harriett Simmons; grandchildren, Tabitha, Missy, Scott, Shane and JoJo.
