BARNWELL - Jessica Bozard Williams, 45, passed away on May 6th, 2024. She was born in Orangeburg, S.C., on May 4, 1978 to Becky Collins Bozard and the late James Allen Bozard Sr.

Not only was Jessica a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend; she was “Ma Jess” to her two precious babies that she loved oh so much, Olivia and Grant. Jessica could light up a room with her smile and her silly laugh. She had the biggest heart and she loved like no other. She saw the good in everyone, and you knew she was around as soon as you heard “Bless It!”

She is survived by her mother, Becky Collins Bozard; husband, John R. Williams II; children, Josie Lynn (Doug) Beasley and Joseph Earl “Jaye” (Jennifer) Beasley Jr.; grandchildren, Annabelle Marie Grubbs and Lakelyn Claire Hoefs; siblings, James Allen “Jamey” (Elizabeth) Bozard Jr., Morgan Bozard (Joe) Still, Jessey Mitchell (Kellsey) Fenn, and Michelle Thigpen (Michael) Schumpert; nieces and nephews, Alexis Bozard (Dylan) Griffith, James Allen “Jimmy” (Gracie) Bozard III, Natalie Joleen Still, Joe Dale Still Jr., Sadie Azilee Still, Chance Grayson Bozard, Corbin Douglas Schumpert, Bristol James Bozard, and Ansley May Fenn; great nephew, Asher William Griffith; and precious babies of “Ma Jess”, Olivia Kennedy and Grant Robinson.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Lower Three Runs Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow in the church at 11 a.m., with Rev. Mark Epperson officiating. Graveside will be held in the Lower Three Runs Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jamey Bozard, Jaye Beasley, Douglas Hoefs, Jimmy Bozard, Jessey Fenn, Chip Nolind, and Joe Still.
